April Chamberlin is a Nurse Practitioner Board certified in psychiatry. She completed her Masters Degree from the Colorado State university and graduated with Honors. April is known for her dedication, compassion, and understanding of mental illness. She understands that each individual is unique and strives to take the time to listen and understand her clients. Her Nursing background covers medical surgical nursing, home health care nursing, emergency medicine nursing, and psychiatry.
As a mental health provider, April prides herself on taking the time to listen, understand, and respect the values and concerns of her patients. Her goal is to help patients improve their quality of life by extending to them a thorough diagnostic evaluation, accurate diagnosis, and treatment recommendations that are up to date with current research and evidence based practices.

Syretta has worked in nursing for 20 years in a variety of settings which gives her the competence for a well-rounded approach to treatment.
She holds a Master’s degree in Nursing and is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She is proficient in outpatient behavioral health, case management, patient advocacy, active-duty military, military dependents, retirees, and the transgender population. She believes in treating the whole person to achieve a holistic approach to care.

Adele Kelso is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado specializing in mental health. She began her work in this field in 1992 in Los Angeles, first with victims of domestic violence, then later with elderly adults, and in 1999 received her Master of Social Work degree from California State University of Long Beach. Later that year she began working for the Department of Mental Health in Los Angeles, working with adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings, who suffered from various mental illnesses.
Throughout her career, Adele has been regarded as a knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate therapist. Her love for her work has been demonstrated through her dedication to her clients, and her desire to continue learning to sharpen her skills. Over the years, Adele has worked on a psychiatric mobile response team, as well as conducting foreign country adoption home studies, and most recently taught social work in the Master’s Program at The University of Southern California (USC).

Megen Jordan is a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, specializing in medication management.
Megen graduated with Honors from Walden University and has extensive experience in treating symptoms of anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorders, depression, bipolar disorders, and schizophrenia. Megen utilizes evidence based therapeutic approaches and medication management for the treatment of mental health disorders.
Megen understands that successful treatment begins with active listening, empathy, and validation. She individualizes care to best support each client and strives to increase the overall quality of her patients’ lives.
SPECIALIZING IN
Kristen is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with 19 nursing years of nursing experience. She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to adults.
Kristen possesses strong clinical skills enhanced by her natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. Kristen’s style of practice can be traditional (prescribing psychiatric medications) or alternative medicine (natural treatments including but not limited to vitamins, supplements, lifestyle modification, nutrition, exercise, and stress management). She follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition.
As a PMHNP, Kristen’s role is multifaceted, including educator, physical health facilitator, and mental health advocate.
