We offer a multidisciplinary approach with a responsive program to help people with a wide variety of mental health conditions. Utilizing several treatment modalities and treatment options allows patients to have choices in their care.

Our goal is to create a flexible treatment environment where you are able to give your mental health the priority it deserves. Some of the options include clinic (in-office) based appointments, telehealth, medication management, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and individual psychotherapy utilizing CBT, DBT, and/or EMDR.

We understand the importance of a well-rounded approach to treating mental health and that includes understanding the role that medications play in therapy. At Clarity Mental Health in Castle Rock, our experienced and trained professionals are familiar with and accustomed to prescribing and managing various mental health medications along with other therapies for the overall improvement of our patients.

Telehealth has helped us meet our patients’ needs for convenient, affordable, and readily accessible mental health services. Benefits are numerous and include improved access to care,reduced delays in care, increased follow-up, decreased time loss to traveling to the office, reduced stigma and so much more. Patients who have used telehealth for mental healthcare,overall, agree that it greatly improves access to care and can still foster feelings of safety, security, and privacy just as much if not more than physical in-person sessions.

April Chamberlin

April Chamberlin

April Chamberlin is a Nurse Practitioner board-certified in psychiatry. She completed her Masters Degree from Colorado State University and graduated with Honors. April is known for her dedication, compassion, and understanding of mental illness. She understands that each individual is unique and strives to take the time to listen to and understand her clients. Her Nursing background covers medical surgical nursing, home health care nursing, emergency medicine nursing, and psychiatry.

Syretta McGraw

Syretta has worked in nursing for 20 years in a variety of settings which gives her the competence for a well-rounded approach to treatment. She holds a Master’s degree in Nursing and is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She specializes in outpatient behavioral health, case management, patient advocacy, active-duty military, military dependents, retirees, and the transgender population. She believes in treating the whole person to achieve a holistic approach to care.

Syretta’s attentiveness, patience, and consistent level of comfort. You’ll be encouraged to participate in developing your care plan and supported as you learn how to restore your quality of life.

Syretta utilizes active listening, compassion, and empathy with clients to provide an optimal care plan tailored to each individual. Her use of psychotherapy and medication management affords her patients the opportunity for comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up sessions during treatment.

Lisa Brown

Lisa Brown, APRN, PMHNP, is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and graduate of Walden University. She has experience in geriatric, adult, and adolescent psychiatric care. Her treatment approach involves combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with psychiatric medication management to compassionately help you find your way back to the life you deserve.

Adele Kelso

Adele Kelso

Adele Kelso is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado specializing in mental health. She began her work in this field in 1992 in Los Angeles, first with victims of domestic violence, then later with elderly adults, and in 1999 received her Master of Social Work degree from California State University of Long Beach. Later that year she began working for the Department of Mental Health in Los Angeles, working with adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings, who suffered from various mental illnesses.

Specializing In

Mona Osterhoudt

Mona is an LCSW who lives in Douglas County. She and her husband have raised two children. Mona loves the outdoors and being as active as she can. Mona was also an assistant Karate Instructor for children as a second-degree black belt. Mona specializes in grief and loss, caregiver stress, anxiety and depression for ages 14 years and up. Life can be messy and sometimes a little help to organize thoughts and feelings is needed and that is okay. Her approach is Cognitive Based Therapy, Person Centered therapy, Short Term Solution focused therapy, Strengths Based therapy and Emotional Freedom Therapy.

Mona’s approach to helping is developing goals and plans that are led by you. Her approach is led by kindness and respect. Mona has worked as a Social Worker in the Human Services field as an Adult Protective worker, Nursing Home, Kaiser Geropsychiatry clinic. Her career started as an Academic Liaison officer for the Department of Defense in South Australia.
