We utilize several treatment modalities and treatment options allowing the client to have choices in their care. Some of the options include clinic based appointments, telemedicine, medication management, M.A.T program (Vivitrol, Suboxone), and individual psychotherapy utlilizing CBT, DBT, and/or EMDR.

April Chamberlin is a Nurse Practitioner Board certified in psychiatry. She completed her Masters Degree from the Colorado State university and graduated with Honors. April is known for her dedication, compassion, and understanding of mental illness. She understands that each individual is unique and strives to take the time to listen and understand her clients. Her Nursing background covers medical surgical nursing, home health care nursing, emergency medicine nursing, and psychiatry.
Adele Kelso is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado specializing in mental health. She began her work in this field in 1992 in Los Angeles, first with victims of domestic violence, then later with elderly adults, and in 1999 received her Master of Social Work degree from California State University of Long Beach. Later that year she began working for the Department of Mental Health in Los Angeles, working with adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings, who suffered from various mental illnesses.
Pamela Homer, PMHNP is a board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She has extensive experience in the treatment and management of mental illness as well as a substantial background in complex case management. Her treatment approach involves careful consideration of thoughts and experiences with evidence base practices. Her focus and goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship understanding the needs of individuals.
Sheila N. Hughes, a Licensed Professional Counselor, graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with my BA in Behavioral Science, a minor in Human Services and a focus on at-risk youth. Sheila obtained her master’s degree at Regis University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. At this time Sheila is active in the United States Air Force Reserve where she utilizes her skills working with military personnel and families.
