Our Focus

Is Your Mental Wellbeing

We offer a multidisciplinary approach with a responsive program to help people with a wide variety of mental health disorders. We utilize several treatment modalities and treatment options allowing the client to have choices in their care. Some of the options include clinic based appointments, telemedicine, medication management, M.A.T program (Vivitrol, Suboxone), and individual psychotherapy utlilizing CBT, DBT, and/or EMDR.

We understand the importance of a well-rounded approach to treating mental health and that includes understanding the role that medications play in therapy. At Clarity Mental Health in Castle Rock, our experienced and trained professionals are familiar with and accustomed to prescribing and managing various mental health medications along with other therapies for the overall improvement of our patients.
Telemedicine has helped us meet our patients’ needs for convenient, affordable, and readily accessible mental health services. Benefits are numerous and include improved access to care, reduced delays in care, increased follow-up, decreased time loss to traveling to the office, reduced stigma and so much more. Patients who have used telemedicine for mental healthcare, overall, agree that it greatly improves access to care and can still foster feelings of safety, security, and privacy just as much if not more than physical in-person sessions.
The majority of mental health issues can benefit greatly from individual psychotherapy. Our licensed and experienced mental health providers are skilled at listening and finding the best approach to therapy for our patients. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to psychotherapy and our therapists are well skilled in a variety of techniques and experienced in knowing when and where they are best applied.
